What our patients say

Injury assessment & treatment

During your first visit to the injury clinic, we will conduct a thorough assessment of your condition. This process begins with a detailed discussion about how, when, and where the injury occurred. By understanding your injury history, lifestyle, and any relevant medical background, we can identify any potential predisposing factors.

Following this, a comprehensive hands-on evaluation of the injury will take place. Once the assessment is complete, we’ll discuss our findings with you and develop a personalized treatment plan. This plan will likely include hands-on therapy as well as exercise-based rehabilitation, all aimed at helping you return to full strength and resume your daily activities confidently.

Follow up assessment and treatment

Follow up sessions will include a brief discussion of the developments since your first visit and then followed with treatment and development of your rehab programme.

Shockwave therapy

Shockwave therapy is a non-invasive treatment that can help reduce pain and speed up healing. During the treatment, we use acoustic sound waves to target the affected area. This boosts blood flow and helps your body naturally repair damaged tissues. It’s especially useful for conditions like tendinitis, plantar fasciitis, and muscle injuries. Shockwave therapy can break down scar tissue, reduce inflammation, and improve your mobility. The sessions are quick, usually about 15-20 minutes, and it's a great option if you want pain relief and faster recovery without needing surgery or medication.

Our team of exercise professionals can create and implement tailored plans to help you achieve your fitness goals, whether alongside your injury rehabilitation or as standalone programs to improve your strength, cardiovascular fitness, or athletic performance.
