Just a quick message to thank Tom/Noah for the help with my arthritic knee problem. Fitness program seemed to work as I had 3 race wins in my first dinghy sailing regatta this year (see attached). First time I have had 3 wins at the same regatta, ever, and I have been sailing a long time! Calum.Posted on Google![]()

Was recommended going here by a neighbour. Noah was great and a few weeks got the movement back in my arm. Was always greeted with a smile and made to feel welcome. Would definitely return if I feel I need it in the future .Posted on Google![]()

I had an excellent experience here over some months. Initially I saw Noah for a sore hip. He recommended some sessions with Eve who worked out a programme for me to strengthen my muscles. I had already had a few enjoyable massages from Eve. The sessions were fun and helpful. Thank you Eve! Now it's up to me 🙂Posted on Google![]()

My treatment with Tom was excellent - not just technically but emotionally/psychologically. I left each appointment reassured that my condition was improving and with the given exercise program, I would be able to return to my usual high levels of sport and recreation Tom’s patient explanations of my condition also helped me understand how my sporting injury was likely to have happened and how to avoid the same kind of injury again My only minor gripe is the parking which was a bit troublesome from time to time so I’d recommend allowing 10 minutes before an appointment in case you don’t get parked in the street outside Many thanks Tom and MacFarlane !Posted on Google![]()

Injury assessment & treatment
During your first visit to the injury clinic, we will conduct a thorough assessment of your condition. This process begins with a detailed discussion about how, when, and where the injury occurred. By understanding your injury history, lifestyle, and any relevant medical background, we can identify any potential predisposing factors.
Following this, a comprehensive hands-on evaluation of the injury will take place. Once the assessment is complete, we’ll discuss our findings with you and develop a personalized treatment plan. This plan will likely include hands-on therapy as well as exercise-based rehabilitation, all aimed at helping you return to full strength and resume your daily activities confidently.
Follow up assessment and treatment
Follow up sessions will include a brief discussion of the developments since your first visit and then followed with treatment and development of your rehab programme.

Shockwave therapy
Shockwave therapy is a non-invasive treatment that can help reduce pain and speed up healing. During the treatment, we use acoustic sound waves to target the affected area. This boosts blood flow and helps your body naturally repair damaged tissues. It’s especially useful for conditions like tendinitis, plantar fasciitis, and muscle injuries. Shockwave therapy can break down scar tissue, reduce inflammation, and improve your mobility. The sessions are quick, usually about 15-20 minutes, and it's a great option if you want pain relief and faster recovery without needing surgery or medication.

Exercise programme
Our team of exercise professionals can create and implement tailored plans to help you achieve your fitness goals, whether alongside your injury rehabilitation or as standalone programs to improve your strength, cardiovascular fitness, or athletic performance.
