In addition to his physiotherapy practice, Sean has accrued over two years of experience as a Massage Therapist, expanding his manual therapy toolkit with techniques such as dry needling and cupping therapies.
His diverse background also includes a five-year stint in the fitness industry, both in the UK and Canada, where he specialized in group fitness instruction, with a focus on indoor cycling and reformer Pilates.

Throughout his Doctorate, Sean's research centred on knee and hip osteoarthritis and joint replacement surgeries, emphasizing the significance of joint health maintenance and prehabilitation before surgical procedures.
